Repacking
Repacking in logistics is the process of rearranging the packaging of goods to facilitate their transport or storage.
For many years, we have specialized in repacking, packaging, labeling, grinding and/or filling products. We can take care of all your repackaging requirements. Oostvogels has a wide range of packaging options. This way we can repackage your product to a content of 1 to 1.000 kilos. This through the following ways: Repacking is often done to optimise the use of space during transport or storage, or to protect goods from damage. It can also be done to meet the requirements of a specific retailer or customer.
Repacking
We offer storage for your products in silos of various sizes. We have multiple silos with a capacity ranging from 70 to 1200 tons, which can be used for both dry and liquid storage.
Repackaging bags, cartons or drums
- If you need to repack bags, cartons or drums, we offer various sizes to choose from. Our bags can also be sealed with either an open mouth or a valve.
- For liquid products, we provide the option to repack them into large containers, such as plastic or metal IBCs.
- We also have big bags in different sizes ranging from 500 kg to 1000 kg.
- Inliner bags 20ft: We can store 20ft containers filled with lysine directly as silo storage or repack them into bags and/or big bags.
- Flexiliners bags 20ft: We can store flexiliner bags in 20ft containers directly as liquid silo storage or repack them into IBCs, drums, and/or cans.
- Silotrucks for dry & liquid goods: We can repack a dry or liquid product, stored as liquid silo, bags, or big bags, directly into a silotruck for delivery in the Benelux. When loading silotrucks, we use metal detection to ensure the product is 100% free of metal.
- Industrial goods: We also repack industrial goods, such as products for the paint or oil industry, in addition to food, feed, and pharma products.
